Refunds
All sales are final and non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances may arise, and in such cases, we are happy to issue a walking credit equal to the value of your original purchase. This credit can be used for future purchases or services and is valid for 30 day period.
To request a walking credit, please contact us at thesocialwalkclub@gmail.com with your order details within 5 days of your purchase.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at thesocialwalkclub@gmail.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be issued a credit. Sale items cannot be refunded.
